At Civil Regime, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
